- REFUND - We do not offer refunds on orders due to the efforts and handwork that goes into crafting each piece. Refunds are only processed based on non fulfilment, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items or damaged in shipping. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7 working days.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the craftsmanship time and labour that goes into each an every product we make. Each order we receive is made for you in time which means we do not keep large stocks. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrect shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
What do I do if the garment does not fit me?
We would love to exchange another size for it. Please send us the piece back and let us know your measurements, drop us an email at Orders@riasjaipur.com or Whatsapp at +91 7073987770. We will accept the garment provided that the piece is not hampered, stained, damaged and is intact with all the tags and labels.
What do I do if the garment does not suit me?
If the style doesn't suit you, we can offer you a one-time redeemable store credit which would be valid for 3 months. The store credit note will be sent to you via email and message on your registered email & mobile no, provided the piece is not hampered, stained, damaged and is intact with all the tags and labels.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.
