For style-related issues, we offer a one-time redeemable store credit valid for 4 months. The credit note will be sent to your registered email and mobile number, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition with all tags and labels intact. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit voucher amount.
International Shipping and Return (WORLDWIDE )
We have a flat shipping rate of approximately $40 worldwide, allowing you to add multiple products at the same shipping cost. Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer if any . RIAS JAIPUR is not liable for customs-related delays or charges. Returns are accepted at the customer's expense, and we offer a store credit or exchange, valid for 4 months.
Domestic Shipping (INDIA)
We offer a flat INR 250 shipping fee regardless of the bill value. Please allow 7 to 8 days from the dispatch date for your order to reach its destination. As each piece is made to order with limited stock, this time frame is necessary.
